Acacia is committed to achieving customer satisfaction by the use of quality procedures which are operated to meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 9001. Our Quality Management System has been in place for eight years, and in 2018, we received ISO 9001 Quality Accreditation.

We have been a member of the EAPAA (Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australasia) since it started in 2012. This association promotes the highest professional and ethical standards in EAP provision in Australasia.

Acacia is a member of Diversity Council Australia – the independent not-for-profit peak body leading diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
