The AUDIT test is a 10-item assessment tool that measures alcohol-usage and the presence of alcohol-related problem behaviours.
Please read each item carefully and select the answer that best applies to you and your behaviours. Please note, question 2 & 3 refers to a drink as “one standard drink” as per the below graphic.
Your answers will remain anonymous. Your company receives deidentified, grouped data from these tools.

Have you or someone else been injured as a result of your drinking? 10. Has a relative or friend or a doctor or another health worker been concerned about your drinking or suggested you cut down?
