In 2017, research conducted by the National Sleep Foundation estimated 7.4 million Australians are not getting adequate sleep. The effects of poor sleep habits spill over into the workplace resulting in increased absenteeism and presenteeism. During this workshop, participants gain a deeper understanding of sleep science and how it impacts their mental and physical health. Participants will learn practical strategies to improve their quality of sleep which will in turn improve their performance and productivity at work.
Employees who sleep better are more productive, make better decisions, maintain more positive workplace relationships and generally create a happier working environment.
