Mindfulness

This workshop provides an introduction to mindfulness�and the science-based benefits it delivers for physical and mental well-being in the workplace. Mindfulness can improve concentration, sharpen focus, reduce stress and help to maintain a sense of calm amongst the chaos. During this workshop, participants experience a variety of simple yet powerful guided mindful practices which will allow them to identify what works best for them to stay calm, present and focused.

Duration:�available in 1-Hr, 1.5-Hr and 2-Hr options.
