Managing Stress

This Effective Stress Management workshop is one of our most popular workshops, providing participants with a deeper understanding of what stress is and how unresolved stress can impact them both mentally and physically in the workplace.

Based on insights from stress management research, participants will develop a framework for identifying and evaluating the stress levels and behavioural responses in themselves and in others. Participants will learn practical stress reduction techniques which can be used to manage stress which in turn improves sustainable productivity and overall job satisfaction.
