High Performance Training

The High Performance training equips employees with the tools they need to develop a high performance mindset for success within the workplace. Participants will learn a suite of highly practical strategies to improve their work habits and function more efficiently and with less stress.

  • Gain insight into the neuroscience behind high performance and how to fuel it.
  • Develop insight into the relationship between workplace stress and high performance.
  • Gain effective tools and strategies to significantly improve your work performance.
  • Gain valuable insight into how self-care (nutrition, exercise, sleep) underpins performance.
  • Understand how to develop productive work habits for the long-term.
  • Review the habits of highly successful people and gain insight into how they achieved great success.

Duration: available in 3-Hr, Half Day and Full Day options.
