Goal Setting

This workshop provides a powerful learning experience as participants learn how to set goals for optimal high performance, health and happiness in the workplace. During this workshop, participants will identify areas of strength and things that need improvement to ensure they achieve their most important goals for the year. Participants will learn practical tips and tools for staying motivated, keeping accountable and effective time management to ensure they stay in track to achieving those goals.

Duration: available in 1-hour, 2-Hour and 3-Hour options.
