Our workshop in Brain Power provides a fascinating insight into how we can use our brains more effectively at work. Many of the unconscious habits we have adapted over time have proven to actually work against our ability to achieve optimal performance in the workplace which can limit our potential to think creatively and contribute our best.
In this workshop, participants will gain valuable strategies for maximising focus and concentration in order to make better decisions and perform tasks more effectively. This workshop explores the mind and body connection and shares essential tips for fuelling for maximum performance and optimal health & well-being. Based on cognitive neuroscience research and findings, this workshop will challenge the way we work and provide simple, yet effective, ways to work more effectively while feeling less stressed.
